St Anne’s Convent School officially inaugurated the automation of the school library. All the activities of the Library are now automated, from issue and receipt of books to inventory management and cataloging, etc. St Anne’s library had a humble beginning, the library was started in 1978 with 106 books in stock and over these 41 years, its growth has been phenomenal, transforming from “book-only” library to an “automated library.”
A strong foundation to the library was laid by our patrons, and today we are blessed with invaluable collection of books and resource materials to cater to the increasing information requirements of the stakeholders. Our dream of a computerized library was envisioned way back in 2001. This journey would not have been possible without the constant support and encouragement of our principal Sr. Dr. Shyni Paul and the School Management.
