Admissions

The School Academic year begins in the month of April and culminates at the end of March of the following year inclusive of summer vacations.

 

1.    The Management reserves the right of admission.

2.    Admission is reserved, primarily for the members of the Christian Community. However, the school is open to give admission to children of other communities.

3.    Those applying for admission have to as a rule appear for entrance test in the main subjects They are tested for terminal level of the class below the one for which they seek admission.

4.    A pupil who has attended a recognized private school or those who have not attended school, official Birth Certificate either from, the Municipal or Panchayat, in support of the date of birth must be submitted.

AFFIDAVIT IS NOT ACCEPTED as a valid document. Except for clerical errors, claims for change of date of birth will not be entertained.

5.    All documents presented at the time of admission will be retained by the school and becomes the property of the school and will not be returned.

6.    Any clerical error regarding Date of Birth in the Report Card or Certificate issued must be brought to the notice of the office immediately for rectification.

 

Admissions to Class XI

 

 

1.    The right of admission is vested with the Management.

2.    There will be an Entrance Exam of students from other schools.

3.    Provisional admission to class XI will be done after class X Board examination, based on the performance of the student in Class X and Pre-Board Examination.

4.    For admission to Medical and Non-Medical stream the student should have a consistent score of 85% in Science and Mathematics.

5.    For admission to Commerce Stream the student must have secured overall 85% and above.

6.    Before admitting the students, the school will advise them to take up streams suitable for them depending on their previous performance, through personal contact and counselling and career guidance.

7.    Admission to XI however, will be barred to those students who have breached the code of conduct of discipline, have been negligent in studies, students whose parents do not attend Parent Teacher Meeting and are non co-operative and of those who have been regular defaulters regarding submission of projects, home work on time, etc.

8.    Fee paid at the time of admission is not refundable.
