St. Anne's Convent School is an English Medium Senior Secondary School, managed by the Congregation of the Adorers of the Blood of Christ, a Catholic religious Congregation founded in 1834 by St. Maria De Mattias.

It is a Christian Institution, established by the Simla-Chandigarh Educational Society in the year 1977 and is under the religious jurisdiction of the Catholic Bishop of Simla-Chandigarh Diocese.

The school imparts education to the Catholic Community around, and extends its service to the members of other communities to the extent possible.

This is a co-educational school. The course of studies is planned to lead up to the All-India Senior School Certificate Examination, conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi.

The school offers ample opportunities to every student to participate in school, inter-school, state, National and International competitions in every field which enables students to win scholarships and awards. Special coaching is given in dance, athletics, cricket, basketball, yoga and karate for those who desire to further accomplish themselves. Regular computer classes are held from class I to X to prepare the students for the computer age. Various clubs like the Nature Club, Computer Club, Library Club, Math's Club are provided.
