The school academic year begins in the month of April and culminates at the end of March of the following year, inclusive of summer vacations.
General Admission Rules
The Management reserves the right of admission.
Admission is reserved primarily for members of the Christian community. However, the school is open to admitting children of other communities.
Applicants are required to appear for an entrance test in the main subjects. They are tested at the terminal level of the class below the one for which they seek admission.
A pupil who has attended a recognized private school, or those who have not attended school, must submit an official Birth Certificate from the Municipal or Panchayat authority as proof of date of birth. AFFIDAVIT IS NOT ACCEPTED as a valid document. Except for clerical errors, requests for change of date of birth will not be entertained.
All documents submitted at the time of admission will be retained by the school and become the property of the school and will not be returned.
Any clerical error regarding the Date of Birth in the report card or certificate issued must be brought to the notice of the office immediately for rectification.
Admissions to Class XI
The right of admission is vested with the Management.
Students from other schools must appear for an entrance examination.
Provisional admission to Class XI will be granted after the Class X Board Examination, based on performance in Class X and Pre-Board Examinations.
For admission to Medical and Non-Medical streams, the student must have a consistent score of at least 85% in Science and Mathematics.
For admission to the Commerce stream, the student must have secured an overall 85% or above.
The school will guide students in choosing suitable streams based on their academic performance through counselling and career guidance.
Admission to Class XI may be denied to students who have breached discipline, shown negligence in studies, whose parents do not attend Parent-Teacher Meetings, or who are regular defaulters in submitting projects and homework.
Fees paid at the time of admission are not refundable.
